How can I exchange or return an item?

You can return or exchange goods within 14 days after the delivery of your order.

To return an item, please make sure:

  • the product and its packaging were not damaged, all tags and labels are in place;
  • the product was not in use: there are no traces of use, scratches, chips, scuffs, etc.;
  • the item you ordered is subject to return and exchange;
  • the item is packed in the same way as when it was received.

Defective goods and inadequate quality

It will take us from 1 to 3 working days to process an application for a return/exchange.
In all cases where a return occurs due to inadequate quality or non-conformity with the order, the return/exchange is made at our expense.

Refund Policy

We will be able to return the money or exchange the goods within 2-3 working days from the moment we receive the goods at the warehouse.
