How can I exchange or return an item?
You can return or exchange goods within 14 days after the delivery of your order.
To return an item, please make sure:
- the product and its packaging were not damaged, all tags and labels are in place;
- the product was not in use: there are no traces of use, scratches, chips, scuffs, etc.;
- the item you ordered is subject to return and exchange;
- the item is packed in the same way as when it was received.
Defective goods and inadequate quality

In all cases where a return occurs due to inadequate quality or non-conformity with the order, the return/exchange is made at our expense.

We will be able to return the money or exchange the goods within 2-3 working days from the moment we receive the goods at the warehouse.
